Affordable & Flexible Monthly Subscription

Our subscription option offers access to unlimited courses for R2,500 (ex VAT) per month. Gain valuable certifications, hands-on experience, and expert guidance to kickstart or advance your IT career.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

The subscription operates on a month-to-month contract with a one-month notice period. The first payment includes a R2,500 (ex VAT) deposit and the subscription fee. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance and payable by the 5th of each month.

Instructor-Led Training

Instructor-led courses provide structured, expert-led learning designed to ensure consistent progress and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. These courses, available online or in-person, include engaging discussions, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance the learning experience.

Deposits and Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required to confirm your training dates.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) calendar days before the training begins.
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds of the course fee will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 28 calendar days before the scheduled training date.
• After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling and Attendance

• If a student cannot attend the course on the agreed date, we may, at our sole discretion, offer the opportunity to reschedule to a later date. This rescheduling is subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
• Students are responsible for attending the training on the confirmed dates. Non-attendance without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, or instructor unavailability), we reserve the right to reschedule the training or offer an alternative arrangement.

Additional Provisions

• Course materials and content provided during training are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without prior written consent.
• By enrolling in an instructor-led course, students agree to comply with all training policies and procedures, including respectful participation in discussions and adherence to any platform rules for online sessions.
